Jeff is Co-Founder of CultureGTM and the Founder of Blue Green, a customer experience and analytics technology company launched in 2009. He developed IP in organizational behavior and is the lead inventor on two patents in experience analytics and optimization.

Jeff earned his BS in Operations Technology at Northeastern University and his MBA from MIT Sloan. He lives in Belmont, Massachusetts with his wife and two children and can be heard anytime on iTunes or Spotify as the drummer for Boston's original reggae band, Pressure Cooker.
